3. AI-assisted processing
StellarHaus may use AI-enabled business tools to assist with:
-
organizing sourcing requirements;
-
structuring product and supplier information;
-
aligning quotations and configurations for comparison;
-
identifying missing or inconsistent information;
-
comparing cost, timing, and documentation;
-
preparing internal analysis and project records;
-
tracking decisions, responsibilities, and open items.
AI does not independently approve products, select suppliers, authorize purchases, make client commitments, or replace human sourcing judgment.
Experienced professionals remain responsible for supplier relationships, feasibility assessment, negotiation, recommendations, and client communications. Clients retain responsibility for their own selections, approvals, funding decisions, and commercial commitments.
We do not intentionally submit highly sensitive inquiry materials for the purpose of training a general-purpose, public-facing AI model. Where AI-enabled providers process business information, their handling of that information is also governed by applicable provider terms, configurations, and contractual arrangements.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation or UK GDPR apply, our legal bases may include:
-
your consent;
-
taking steps at your request before entering into a contract;

-
compliance with legal obligations;
-
establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the nature of the information, the context in which it was provided, and the reasonable expectations of the individuals involved.

Please include enough information for us to understand and reasonably verify the request. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through an appropriate method.
12. Browser privacy signals
Because StellarHaus does not currently sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising, browser signals intended to opt out of those practices do not materially change our current processing.
We will evaluate legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where applicable, if our practices or legal obligations change.
