Why StellarHaus Exists

Broader sourcing capability should be within reach of more project teams

Designers, builders, and project teams often face product decisions as demanding as those of larger organizations, but without the same access, capacity, or support. They must balance design intent, budget, availability, supplier reliability, flexibility, and schedule when selecting products and manufacturing partners. Cost pressure, supply uncertainty, and growing demand for project-specific customization are making that balance harder to achieve through familiar channels alone.

StellarHaus was created to close that gap. We combine access to manufacturing possibilities in Asia with experienced sourcing judgment, structured evaluation, and coordinated follow-through.

Our Mission is to extend the reach of design-led firms and project teams by making broader sourcing capability available—without requiring them to build or manage a cross-border sourcing operation themselves.

Grace Guo Founder Profile

Grace Guo

Founder

Cross-border perspective. Leads client relationships and overall project alignment, bringing together the right expertise and keeping the work coordinated from early requirements through production and delivery.

Grace has spent more than a decade working across cross-border business, including roles at Walmart and Citi. Her recent work has focused on connecting unmet needs in U.S. professional markets with product and manufacturing capabilities in Asia.

She has seen how gaps in understanding and trust—and the absence of practical infrastructure between markets—can prevent genuine product needs and capable manufacturers from coming together successfully. That insight shaped StellarHaus as an end-to-end sourcing partner—not simply a source of introductions.

Experienced Sourcing Partners

Each engagement is supported by a core sourcing partner, with additional category, operational, or technical specialists brought in when required.

Our team combines decades of cross-border market development and sourcing expertise, shaped in part by sourcing roles at leading U.S. retailers, distributors, and design brands such as The Home Depot, Williams-Sonoma, and Visual Comfort & Co.

Together, the team brings project understanding, supplier relationships, category knowledge, factory-side judgment, negotiation experience, and production follow-through.

The Principles behind Our Work

Broader access should not mean less discipline

Expert guidance, accelerated by AI

Experienced people lead the work—interpreting requirements, engaging manufacturers, assessing feasibility, reviewing evidence, and guiding execution. AI helps structure information, improve product and quotation comparisons, flag missing details, and preserve continuity. It strengthens judgment; it does not replace it.

Clients decide

Clear roles and transparent terms

Clients should understand what is known, what remains open, who is responsible, and how StellarHaus is compensated. The scope of any independent provider remains clear. Any supplier-paid compensation is disclosed; we do not accept undisclosed supplier commissions.

Evidence before commitment

Important decisions should be supported by appropriate samples, documentation, commercial clarification, and project-specific evidence—not catalog information or supplier assurances alone.

Whole-project value

A low factory quotation does not necessarily produce a better outcome. We consider development, testing, freight, duties, delivery, schedule, and execution risk.

Honest judgment and client control

Clients retain control over product and manufacturer selection, samples, funding, commercial commitments, orders, and shipment release. StellarHaus may recommend revising the requirement, allowing more time, using an established U.S.-market option, or not proceeding.
